Over the years, he has worked in a wide range of roles – from Site Engineer and Estimator through to Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator, Site Manager, Assistant Manager, and now Director. This journey has given him a practical, well-rounded understanding of every stage of the building process.

Ashish is passionate about delivering projects that are finished on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. He has built a reputation for his clear, systematic approach and strong problem-solving skills, which help projects run smoothly and efficiently. His strengths include budget management, contract administration, and coordinating between site teams, office staff, government bodies, and clients to ensure everything comes together seamlessly.

As a qualified Civil Engineer with further training in Building and Construction, Ashish’s expertise has been formally recognised by Engineers Australia as a Professional Engineer. With a strong technical background and proven leadership skills, he is committed to driving innovation and excellence in every project the company takes on.

Mohammad Al-Janabi

Mohammad Al-Janabi is a construction professional with more than 15 years of experience in the industry. He holds a Master’s degree in Building Science from Victoria University of Wellington and has developed his career across a broad range of construction roles.

Before taking on his role as Director, Mohammad worked with a number of well-respected companies, gaining practical experience in project management, compliance, site operations, and leading teams on site. This background gives him the ability to manage projects from planning through to completion with a strong focus on quality, safety, and efficiency.

As a Director, Mohammad combines technical knowledge with a hands-on approach to leadership. He is adaptable, approachable, and works well with clients, colleagues, and subcontractors alike. His respectful and collaborative style, together with his commitment to high standards, has earned him a strong reputation in the construction industry.
